Surface Book Keyboard Backlight

The backlight on the keyboard is flashing. As far as i know, there's no way to automate keyboard backlight on/off.

However, it's still great and the surface laptop 3 13.5 is a strong backlit alternative if you need it. I agree that there does not need to be backlighting when there is good lighting. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting like long press the power button.
